Ambra is a fictional hotel and this website is a demo project. The forms do work, so here is what happens to the data you leave in them.
Data controller
The controller is the author of the project, Sergiusz Różycki. For anything about your personal data, write to the address in the footer.
What we collect
- Newsletter: your email address, the page language, the page you signed up on, and the date and wording of your consent
- Contact form: your name, email, optionally a phone number, the subject and your message
- Booking calendar: nothing. The booking is a simulation that runs only in your browser
Purpose and legal basis
We process newsletter addresses on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and contact form data in order to reply to your message (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Where the data goes
Data is stored in a private dataset in Sanity (Sanity AS, Norway). The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes IP addresses to protect against abuse. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe; contact messages for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies and no analytics. Video, images and fonts load from our servers and the Sanity CDN, without tracking.
